About the mudra
Pran mudra, when practiced for 5-30 minutes increases vitality, improves vision, helps against eye diseases and reduces fatigue and nervousness.
In addition, this hand yoga exercise can be used in assertiveness training, as it greatly increases our staying power, helps in building self-confidence, and gives courage.
The power of this hand yoga routine is in its effect on the root chakra. This chakra is the grounding force that allows us to connect to the earth and empower ourselves. Every other chakra only receives the energy passed by the root chakra. The path to health and mystical power goes right through the gender organs. To understand your root chakra, you must be at peace with your sexual energy.
